Highlights:

  • 1:30 – Make sure you get in and play with the modules.
  • 2:45 – We are working to make sure that Wise Option is a collection of tools with the Desktop App, Web Browser, and Mobile Application. Regardless of which one you are on, you will be updating all of them.
  • 3:30 – We respect your privacy. Each client has their own database so your records are not in a huge conglomerate.
  • 4:15 – Try all of the different application to see which one resonates with you
  • 5:20 – We have expended support hours. From 6-9am Monday through Friday, February through May, we have hours reserved for breeding season support. Regular support hours will start at 9am. We can be reached on weekends for emergencies.
  • 6:45 – In order for us to have all hands on deck for emergency, please make sure that it is truly an emergency. This may be things that affect all terminals, none of the users being able to log in, etc.
  • 8:10 – You can still make regular requests outside of regular hours, but we will get to it during designated hours.
  • 9:35 – Some people have reported outages on the app. There was an iOS update that is contributing to this, but the application should be adjusted by the end of this week.
  • 10:40 – Stay tuned for updates about contracts and the mobile app.
